Library and Infotheque: opening to the public from February 1st
From February 1st, the Istituto Secoli Library and Infotheque will open to the public and the local community, offering a space dedicated to consultation, research, and cultural exchange.
The project is the result of a planning process that included the design of the spaces, the renewal of technological equipment, and the selection of volumes, as well as the creation of an online booking system for consultation sessions.
The opening also marks the launch of a structured cultural program, featuring exhibitions, workshops, and events. Among the first initiatives is the photographic exhibition by Lucia Giacani, curated by Angela Madesani.
The project is co-funded by the European Union under the National Metro Plus and South Medium-Sized Cities Program 2021-2027, reinforcing Istituto Secoli’s commitment to creating opportunities for cultural and personal growth, both inside and outside the classroom.
The Library aims to be an open and dynamic space, engaging with the local area and the organizations within the Porta Venezia district.
