Students from the Istituto Secoli Novara campus took part in an exclusive training session to explore the operational methods of the Gucci Ready-to-Wear Industrial Operations team in Novara.

The masterclass allowed students to discover the brand’s corporate approach and industrial workflow firsthand. During the lesson, the Gucci team introduced an advanced pleating technique for skirt construction: a crucial technical process that the young talents will apply directly to the final garments they present for their end-of-course exams.
