Great success for the SECOLI FASHION SHOW 2024: on June 6 at Milan’s Talent Garden, over 450 guests applauded the runway garments of 44 designers featured in the event’s 41st edition.
The 2024 show was a special one, part of the celebrations for the Milanese institute’s 90th anniversary: 9 decades that have helped write the history of Italian fashion.
In the front row, alongside the Institute and its students, Lombardy Region with its valuable contribution and the Municipality of Milan.
Alongside the Institutions, the most important fashion associations were also present: ANTIA, Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, IACDE, Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda ETS; along with numerous companies and journalists: the Secoli Fashion Show proves once again to be an unmissable event for all industry stakeholders.
Opening the event were the capsule collections of ‘Designers To Watch’ Daniele Cavallo, Miriam Maggioni, Michela Santegidi and Ilaria Gerratana: the strength of their collections, the freshness of their creative vision, and the union between aesthetic dimension and concept moved the audience. The ‘Designer To Watch‘ project, created to showcase the best graduate talents from Istituto Secoli, once again defines its importance in previewing the future protagonists of the industry.
The central moment of the evening featured the graduating students’ collections inspired by the theme –Diachrony. Scenes from time. Heritage as a celebration of return: 40 designers’ “diachronies” walked the runway, combining studies, design, and applied research.

The construction of garments through prints and fabrics, workmanship and volumes gave life to new valuable visions: a concept of time and contemporary heritage looking towards the future, an explosion of creativity that engaged and excited the Talent Garden audience.
