On February 8, Istituto Secoli will participate in the ‘Faces & Places in Fashion‘ conference at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
The forum aims to “present the craft, experience, and perspectives on the fashion business of leading fashion professionals, such as executives, designers, and marketing experts.”
Istituto Secoli will contribute by presenting “Cell Design,” the system developed to meet the needs for innovation and organizational change.
‘Cell Design‘, successfully implemented in several leading companies in the sector, is a corporate organization philosophy where the guiding principle is transparency
and process measurability: the creation of a Visual Factory, a factory that is easy to understand, where action is intuitive, and where every anomaly and waste
can be identified at a glance. Understanding the relationships between organization, people, and results, and identifying areas that create value
(and those that instead produce waste) allows for better process control and improved corporate performance.
