On March 23, the traditional Graduation Ceremony will take place in the prestigious setting of Palazzo Reale. Now in its 73rd edition and sponsored by the Municipality of Milan, the event will celebrate the students who completed their studies during the 2017/2018 Academic Year.

The Graduation Ceremony represents the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new journey, full of challenges and opportunities, within the current, ever-changing context of the fashion industry.

During the event, a panel of prominent figures from the fashion scene will provide initial answers to the many questions raised by the advent of Industry 4.0, particularly regarding the evolution of professional roles and the concrete initiatives that educational institutions, companies, and industry associations are implementing in this regard.

The debate will feature Presidents of industry associations, entrepreneurs, managing directors, HR managers, and leaders of companies involved in developing technology solutions for the sector. Through their insights, they will provide practical guidance to the new graduates ready to enter the workforce.
