On December 2, the year-end convention of the IACDE Italia Club – International Association of Clothing Designers and Executives – of which Istituto Secoli is a member, was held in Mantua.
During the convention, Matteo Secoli, Director of Istituto Secoli, presented the educational project on defect correction. The course, promoted by the Institute, aims to provide pattern makers with tools for knowledge transfer through storytelling techniques, to propose a methodology for approaching the defect correction process of a prototype, and to address concrete cases of defect correction through discussions with highly experienced pattern makers.
We would like to thank two prominent figures from IACDE Italia, who are also alumni of the Institute, for their availability during this event: Lodovico Zandegù, President of IACDE Italia and current Product Engineer at Brooks Brothers, and Paolo Cartabbia, Secretary of IACDE and President of the Macpi Group.
