The first edition of the course in “Women’s Defect Correction” organized by our Institute launched on November 23. The topics covered include: tools for knowledge transmission through storytelling techniques, procedures for addressing the defect correction process of a toile or prototype, and practical cases of defect correction through consultation with expert patternmakers.

The course is divided into three workshops, each dedicated to the fitting and defect correction of a different type of women’s garment: the dress, trousers, and outerwear.
