Istituto Secoli has launched Italy’s first Alvanon Fit Studio in collaboration with Alvanon—the world leader in standard sizing for the fashion industry.

The Fit Studio, located within the school, will offer designers, fashion brands, and distributors easy access to cutting-edge fitting tools, allowing them to test garments on mannequins that simulate realistic human body shapes and ensuring their collections achieve the best fit based on the target audience.

“We launched the Fit Studio with the aim of making it accessible to all designers who might need it,” explains Janice Wang, CEO of Alvanon. “Each Fit Studio meets a different need depending on its location, and we hope it will equally attract new talent, brands, and fashion companies looking to develop their expertise and practice their skills on full-form mannequins.”

Matteo Secoli, President of Istituto Secoli, states: “We have high expectations for our collaboration with Alvanon. We chose their mannequins as they are particularly suited to our pattern-making methodology; furthermore, we are pleased with their 3D Avatars, which are compatible with all our educational software and capable of speeding up the design steps followed by our students.”
