Yesterday, June 6, Alcatraz Milan hosted the 36th edition of the Secoli Fashion Show, the most anticipated event of the year for the Institute’s graduates and graduating students!
Following the success of 2018, the 2019 edition also debuted with “Designer to Watch”, a project dedicated to Secoli alumni who presented their original capsule collections on the runway: XINYA LI with 8844.43 Rhapsody, TONGCHAO LIANG with the Floating in Time collection, and finally, SOFIA AGNOLETTI with Inside.
The Fashion Show then continued with the graduating students’ catwalk, inspired this year by the macro-theme STILL IN. MIND – STILL IMAGE , an emotional and temporal evocation extrapolated from an image that has formed and paused in time and thoughts.
On the runway, over 100 outfits were presented across 5 collections: STILL IN. PLACE, STILL IN. ART, STILL IN. PHOTO, STILL IN. NEWS, STILL IN. MOVIE .
