Yesterday, December 2, the Condé Nast Frame space hosted “Gianpiero Urzetta Tailor Lab @ Frame“ a project that involved students from various fashion schools in a day-long workshop dedicated to tailoring and craftsmanship. Two designers from each school participated, collaborating on the creation of a garment supported by the designer Italo Marseglia, using machinery from Gianpiero Urzetta and fabrics provided by Manteco. Participating for Istituto Secoli were fashion designers Martina Bellio and Sofia Ugoccioni, young students enrolled in the three-year course in Fashion Design and Fashion Product Technologies – Womenswear major. A day dedicated to the promotion of Made in Italy, concluding with a talk on the subject featuring the main participants of the workshop.
