Only a few weeks remain until the 27th edition of Mittelmoda International Lab, a benchmark contest in the fashion world. The event not to be missed is on September 20 at Micam. Among the finalists is designer to watch Giovanni Notarnicola, a former Istituto Secoli student who attended the three-year menswear course, who will present his menswear capsule collection METAMORPHOSIS on the runway, a tool for denouncing the stereotypes imposed by society.

The metaphorical message of the collection is based on the principle that from the moment of conception, man is influenced by the outside world, which inevitably conditions his natural evolutionary path. The concept of transformation is expressed through the pattern making of the garments, especially the outerwear, where traditional codes have been modified.
