Milan prepares to welcome a new hub dedicated to the culture of fashion “know-how” and student life. The Campus Certosa District is born from the meeting of two Italian excellences with over 90 years of history in fashion education – Istituto Secoli, specialized in the world of apparel and Arsutoria School, focused on footwear, leather goods and accessories. The goal of the synergy between the two educational institutions is to build a “complete educational supply chain”, starting from shared values: both were founded as technical training schools, in close connection with industry companies, with a strong focus on product, laboratory activities and innovation.
With the opening of the new hub, Arsutoria School will relocate to the new premises; Istituto Secoli will inaugurate its third educational hub.
The new Hub Certosa District is not merely a collection of classrooms, workshops and research spaces, but also integrates housing, services and common areas dedicated to student life, fitting into a rapidly evolving neighborhood thanks to WAO | We Are Open Certosa; this integrated urban development model is made possible by the strategic role of RealStep, an operator specialized in the sustainable urban regeneration of former industrial sites.
