Fabric preparation, construction of separate parts, cutting, assembly, and fitting trials: these are just some of the steps involved in creating a tailored jacket, for both men and women.
For those wishing to delve deeper into these aspects and, more generally, all the manual tailoring techniques that lead to the creation of this garment, two daytime specialization courses, WOMEN’S TAILORING and MEN’S TAILORING, will begin in November.
Both courses, ideal for Istituto Secoli alumni who have completed a patternmaking program, are also open to industry professionals: patternmakers, tailors, and anyone with solid knowledge in this field.
Furthermore, to mark the start of both courses, two presentation and in-depth sessions on the topics covered will be held on October 22nd and 23rd.
