Istituto Secoli, together with some of the leading Italian Academies of Arts & Crafts operating in the fields of craftsmanship, manufacturing, and hospitality in Italy, has launched an important appeal to national institutions so that, within the general landscape of education, the substantial specificity of these higher education entities—a heritage of culture and entrepreneurship—is recognized.

The signed appeal, promoted by ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine, aims to raise awareness among institutions regarding the need to adopt specific measures for the reopening of their educational activities.
