Yesterday, July 8, the 2021 edition of the SECOLI FASHION SHOW was broadcast live streaming on secoli.com.
The Concept that inspired the 27 designers who brought their outfits to the runway is GE.NE.RA., a study of the evolution of the digital and virtual world through art, video content, music, social platforms, and photography. On the runway were three Women’s Collections -r. GE.NE.RA. a. Augmented Reality, p. GE.NE.RA. h. Holographic Photography, v. GE.NE.RA. a. Video Art – and one Men’s – v. GE.NE.RA. m. Video Music – composed of original garments.
Opening the event was ‘Designer to Watch’, a creative space that since 2018 has showcased the capsule collections of the school’s emerging talents; the 2021 Designers to Watch are: Anna Peretto, Giovanni Notarnicola, and Federica Passera with their respective collections ‘IRRAZIONALE EQUILIBRIO’ – ‘METAMORPHOSIS’ – ‘IDENTITA’ FLUIDE’.
