Right to University Education

The Right to University Education is based on Articles 3 and 34 of the Constitution and ensures that capable and deserving students, even those lacking financial means, have the opportunity to attain the highest levels of education.

Lombardy Regional Law (l.r.) No. 33 of December 13, 2004, regulates the system of interventions designed to implement the Right to University Education within Higher Education in Art and Music (AFAM) institutions.
