A graduate in Electronic Engineering, he developed his professional career at Procter & Gamble, Pirelli, and Prysmian within the fields of Supply Chain, HR, and Organization. From 2013 to 2024, he served as HR Director for De Agostini Editore, Dea Capital, and the Group’s Holding company. An author and speaker at HR conferences, he is currently a university lecturer for degree courses and masters, as well as a subject matter expert in Human Resources management. He has been teaching at Istituto Secoli since 2025, focusing on Corporate Organization for the fashion industry.
