Domenico Civita is a lecturer in figure drawing, history of costume and fashion, fashion design, science and technology of textile materials, trend research, and collection development for both menswear and womenswear. A graduate of the University of Bari in Fashion Sciences and Technologies, he earned his diploma from Istituto Secoli, where he has been teaching since 2013.
“Teaching at Istituto Secoli has been a very important growth experience for me. There is a real exchange with the students because I share my know-how with them, and they offer a new and ever-changing way of seeing fashion. This is very stimulating. Here, students learn the technique and the concrete construction of a garment, laying the foundations to enter the professional world with competence and awareness. “.
