Mittelmoda is an international project originating in Italy, an important point of reference for young people from all over the world entering the fashion industry, thanks to the standards of excellence in creativity, production, and raw materials associated with “Made in Italy.”

The aim is to promote and support the Italian fashion system by highlighting the importance of connecting young people and their vocational training with the industry. This provides them with the opportunity to meet long-standing professionals in the field who can share their knowledge in a unique way, while simultaneously strengthening their motivation to pursue their chosen educational path.

Istituto Secoli took part in this interesting initiative, showcasing several garments from the Secoli Fashion Show 2014 on the runway before an audience of young students.

Subsequently, Director Giorgio Secoli explained the Ready-to-Wear design process, a core subject of study at Istituto Secoli.

Finally, fashion design instructor Domenico Civita gave an insightful presentation on fashion trends and the construction of a collection.

Istituto Secoli thus presented its courses and the “Secoli method” to all the interested young people present in Gorizia.
