On December 9, Matteo Secoli participated in the talk dedicated to the theme Fashion & Cuisine, on the occasion of the final event of the year of I Martedì di Fondazione Gualtieri. An unusual but surprisingly relevant topic, addressed by President Secoli together with:
- Marina Spadafora, Italian National Coordinator of Fashion Revolution
- Cristiano Tomei, Michelin-starred chef of the restaurant L’Imbuto
- Ludovica Gualtieri, Secoli alumna and now an established designer
The meeting drew inspiration from the philosophy of Gualtiero Marchesi, who placed great value on manual skills, craftsmanship, and technical knowledge, considering them essential elements for unleashing creativity and building solid career paths.
From this vision, a lively dialogue emerged between different but surprisingly similar worlds—a discussion that highlighted a common language composed of technique, care in the selection of materials and/or ingredients, and a profound understanding of creative processes.
Sincere thanks to Enrico Dandolo for the invitation and for the excellent moderation of the talk.
