On Saturday, May 26, 2018, the Graduation Ceremony was held for the designers of the 2016/2017 academic years.
Now in its 72nd edition, the event marks a fundamental moment that always moves everyone involved: from the now “former” students who officially enter the professional world, to the teachers who proudly bid them farewell.
For the occasion, several leading figures from the fashion industry were invited onto the stage: Caterina Rorro from LECTRA, Christian Di Pilato from Olimpias Benetton Group, Daniela Cattaneo from IACDE, Felicia Todisco from Falconeri Calzedonia Group, Gian Mario Borney from The European House-Ambrosetti, Giorgio Brandazza from Boglioli, Antonio Sgroi and Simonetta Gobbo from ANTIA, and for Istituto Secoli, the director Giorgio Secoli. They shared their perspectives on the theme “The fashion industry: challenges, opportunities, and the jobs of tomorrow” through the insightful questions of the moderator Barbara Nicolini, writer and headhunter specialized in the fashion sector.
