Designer to Watch with the collection “Fotopsìa”

The capsule collection “Fotopsìa” investigates the vision of the human eye and the representations it provides of the surrounding reality. Drawing on studies by artists such as Kusama, Flavin, and Kapoor regarding optical, luminous, and perspective effects, the garments reveal different “faces” depending on the viewpoint from which they are observed, with the aim of deceiving and creating a confusing overall perception. Finally, colors and fabrics are enhanced by the garments to celebrate their materiality and visual perception.
