The first collaboration with designer Akira Minagawa begins in Japan for a capsule collection that will debut during the ‘Secoli Fashion Show’ PEOPLE next June.
On this occasion, the Japanese designer will hold a lesson on garment fitting for the 11 designers selected for the “Istituto Secoli for minä perhonen” contest.
ISTITUTO SECOLI FOR MINÄ PERHONEN
Fabrics by minä perhonen selected exclusively for the “Istituto Secoli for minä perhonen” competition are characterized by a typically Japanese style and have inspired the young designers.
Maxi stripes, transparencies, patch effects, and dark colors softened by pink and white tones, combined with overlapping panels and light draping, enhance the fabric, making it the true protagonist.
