The student or a guarantor who are <strong>residents of Italy<\/strong>, <strong>holders of an Italian bank account<\/strong> and have had a <strong>permanent contract<\/strong> for at least 2 years or are <strong>self-employed professionals<\/strong> can apply for financing.
