Designer to Watch with the “Oik\u00e8o” collection<\/strong><\/p>

The term Oik\u00e8o, translated from ancient Greek as “to dwell,” represents the action inherent to humanity that reflects rather than submits to life.<\/strong> In Oik\u00e8o, the verb takes on the meaning of caring\u2014for oneself, but also for others\u2014an activity in which we all become fragile, vulnerable. The home thus becomes a place of nakedness<\/strong>: within it, we lay ourselves bare by shedding our “social attire”; we feel “at home” where we no longer need to defend ourselves from anyone. The ultimate purpose of the collection is to offer a personal vision of the concept of man: a delicate and romantic figure, yet at the same time profoundly strong in his fragilities.<\/strong> It is precisely those insecurities, often concealed or misunderstood, that become an integral part of his essence. A perspective not easy to uphold, especially in light of the still superficial and stereotypical representation of man’s role in contemporary society. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
